Abstract:

Based on the intervalvalued fuzzy set and intuitionistic fuzzy set are equivalent generalizations of the notion of fuzzy set. Moreover, the linguistic variable and the standardized real number can be described in the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Firstly, the hybrid decision matrix is standardized and then transformed into an intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix. Secondly, the intuitionistic fuzzy optimization model is proposed to obtain the comprehensive evaluation value of each alternative, which is represented by intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Thirdly, based on the point operator of the intuitionistic fuzzy number, a new score function is introduced to rank the alternatives. In the end, a numerical example illustrates the validity and applicability of the proposed method.
