Consistency maintaining method of products applied in design tool for C4ISR architecture

Abstract:

The maintenance of consistency among different products is important to ensure the rightness of designs for C4ISR architecture. The reason to maintain consistency of products is analyzed, which is due to the close relation among products by their descriptive elements. The relationships among different products are summarized systemically, and classified as explicit relationship and implicit relationship. The time, strategy and method to maintain those relationships are proposed, which have been applied in the C4ISR architecture design tool developed.
