Abstract:

It is pointed out that the micro-Doppler signature of the rotating target is three parameters sinusoidal frequency modulation (FM) signal by analyzing the relationship of micro-Doppler and micro-motion parameters. According to this signal form, the time-frequency character of multi-component sinusoidal FM is deduced, and a Hough transform method to detect three parameter sinusoidal curve in time-frequency plane is proposed, then a micro-motion feature exaction method based on TFD-Hough transform is provided. The simulation and the real data result show the method is effective and robust.
