Abstract:

The equipment spare part collocation project is one of a critical problem to be solved for equipment support, improving the spare part sufficiency can boost the system’s availability, thus improving the support degree of equipment. Aiming at this problem, the relation between the equipment availability and the system’s spare part fill rate is discussed, and the model of the spare part fill rate for various structures systems is established. The spare part model has a good performance of generality, which can be applied to complex system with any structure. In order to balance the spare part’s cost and fill rate, the margin analysis theory is used to optimize the spare part’s collocation project, through which the optimum project can be gained. Through the analysis to the calculation result, the correctness and rationality of the model are proved.
