Abstract:

Electronic countermeasure is an important supporting action in joint sea attack operations, which can effectively enhance the concealment, platform security, and penetration probability of the main attack. However, existing electronic countermeasure mission planning theories have problems such as weak correlation with main combat operations, difficulty in integrating multi domain forces, and inaccurate positioning of campaign tactical planning. In response to the above issues, the basic operational requirements of electronic countermeasure in the context of joint sea attack are analyzed. Six planning steps are designed and proposed, including reactive task generation, target system analysis, reactive force allocation, electromagnetic spectrum planning, flight route planning, and combat command generation. Relevant data and model systems are sorted out. It helps to improve the theory of electronic countermeasure mission planning, enhance the scientificity of planning, and drive the research and development of electronic countermeasure databases, model libraries, and planning systems.

Key words: electronic countermeasure, mission planning, operation planning, joint sea attack
