Efficient environmental stress screening method based on key quality characteristic

Abstract:

According to the test conditions and procedures specified in the environmental test standards, the early failure products are eliminated through the environmental stress screening, so that the products can pass the early failure period as soon as possible. Under the current high reliability manufacturing background, the number of failed products found in the screening process is small and the efficiency cost ratio is low, a design process of environmental stress screening scheme is proposed. The basic principle of screening is clarified based on the stress-strength interference model, and the influence of screening stress and intensity dispersion on screening effect is analyzed. Secondly, considering the identification and measurement of key quality characteristic and dispersion analysis, the design process of screening scheme is formulated. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed screening method is verified by using a certain radome as an example. The proposed method provides ideas for improving screening efficiency and reducing screening costs.
