摘要: 针对属性与决策者权重未知且方案属性值为直觉模糊数的多属性决策问题,并充分考虑直觉模糊环境下信息波动性与不具体性,提出了一种基于新的直觉模糊距离测度和多准则妥协解排序(VlseKriterijumska optimizacija I kompromisno resenje,VIKOR)法的多属性决策方法。首先拓展补充了直觉模糊距离测度的定义,在此基础上构建了新的直觉模糊距离公式以减少决策信息缺乏,利用直觉模糊熵确定属性与决策者权重,然后再运用新的直觉模糊距离计算VIKOR法中的群体效用和个体后悔度进而得到决策结果,最后,通过实际案例分析验证了该方法的合理性与有效性。

Abstract: A multi-attribute decision making method is proposed based on an intuitionistic fuzzy distance and VlseKriterijumska optimizacija I kompromisno resenje (VIKOR) for multi-attribute decision making problems in which attribute and decision maker weight are unknown and scheme attribute values are intuitionistic fuzzy numbers while fully considering the information non-specificity in the intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Firstly, the definition of intuitionistic fuzzy measure is extended and an intuitionistic fuzzy distance formula is constructed to reduce the lack of decision information on this basis, intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is used to determine the attribute and decision maker weight, and then the new intuitionistic fuzzy distance is applied to calculate the group utility and individual regret of VIKOR to obtain the decision result. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of the method are verified by actual case analysis.
