摘要: 装备维修保障系统是一个复杂系统,对其效能进行评估是检验系统保障能力的重要手段。在分析装备维修保障系统构成的基础上,建立装备维修保障系统效能评估指标体系;考虑评估专家对指标权重判断的不确定性,采用区间层次分析法和三元联系数对指标进行赋权;利用正态云模型改进灰色三角白化权函数,提出一种正态灰云效能评估模型,集成了云模型和灰色评估法在处理模糊性、随机性和灰色性复杂问题方面的优势。最后通过实例分析和集对分析法、分形评估算法,验证了本文提出方法的有效性。

Abstract: Equipment maintenance support system is a complex system and assessing its effectiveness is an important means to check maintenance support capability. On the basis of analyzing the components of equipment maintenance support system, the effectiveness evaluation index system of equipment maintenance support system is established. Considering the uncertainty of evaluation experts’ judgment on the index weight, the interval analytic hierarchy process and the three element connection number are introduced to determine the weight of evaluation indicators. Then the normal cloud model is used to improve the grey triangle whiten weight function, and a normal grey cloud effectiveness evaluation model is proposed, which integrates the advantages of the cloud model and the grey evaluation method in dealing with complex problems of fuzziness, randomness and grey. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by case analysis, set pair analysis and fractal conception.
